I’m Faranak Khodakarami
an artist, researcher, and teacher exploring art, philosophy, and education.
My work spans from studying narrative and player agency to designing biofeedback games for stress reduction and existential reflection. Currently, I research how games can nurture joy and moral reflection in children’s lives. I’ve taught animation and storytelling at university, collaborated with international studios, and led creative workshops for children. For me, art is how I navigate life. As Nietzsche wrote, “Only as an aesthetic phenomenon is existence justified.” and damn I agree with him.
